Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., clearance or final sale)


📦 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@kuety.shop with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or sent in error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

  • Items lost in return shipping cannot be refunded


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming your return status

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
